a couple of aunts Lori Nobles and Conny Wethington went to visit their nephew Mathew Hagan.
Tagging along with us was my father Earl Hagan and my daughter Pep.
We received a nice welcome - being greeted before we even got to the front door by Mat and his wife Rhonda and their precious little girl Kayla.
Yes - it made us feel very welcome as they graciously ushered us inside.
We knew at that moment that we would have a nice time ad we certainly did. For a couple of hours we sat and talked - certainly there was a tour of their lovely home.
I just loved their bright and open kitchen with breakfast are. Their home was very nicely decorated. Seeing that Pep has a son only 2 years older than kayla - its no wonder why she got along with her so well.
See the photo of Pep combing the dolls hair. After chatting it up for awhile - we got really hungry. Time to grab a bite to eat so we stumbled over to Ruby Tuesday's for awhile.
Ruby Tuesday's photo shows Matt, his daughter Kayla, Aunt Lori and our father Earl.
In the end we still had to leave so we could get back home.
Cant help it - I was not cold like
the others!
We need to plan another trip to visit them again - no need to be strangers!
Matt, Rhonda and Kayla - we love you all.
Kisses and hugs to everyone from all of us!
Take care and thanks for the really lovely visit.

`Kinships`

is home to alot of surnames.
To name just a few on my fathers side are Collins, Hesters,
Williams and Hagan.

On my mothers side I have concentrated mostly on
her Nelson lines but there are many other lines that will be added here.

This blog is dedicated to all of those lines and then some.
In
my film travels I have collected many notes under many names of Virginia. It is
unknown to me at this time if I will apply them here to this blog - but if you
need some info on a certain family, then ask me and if I know it - then
I dont have any problem telling you where
I found the info. I could have information that is on those microfilms
that you do not have. I dont mind sharing as long as you do
the same with me.

I hope that many people seeking
information from this blog do so honestly and are not out to publish
any of my lines ANYWHERE, by saying that it is their own research.

Everything
on this blog is over 10 years worth of spending countless hours at the archives
reading wills, deeds, etc on microfilm. I like as much
proof as I am able to get.
I collect microfilm and have my own microfilm reader. If there are any of you
that would like to donate film for me to help you - then I dont mind going over them
on my reader. However you would have to buy the films.

Out of respect to me - please do not copy any of these picts or information
if they are not your lines.
Dont collect it just to add more names into your genealogy
base. Dont over-crowd your hard drive down with miscellaneous info
that is not your own.

SOMETIMES

I wonder what my ancient ancestors
would say ---- about me today if they knew me.

This is my first posting to this blog.
